Poor productivity is often a symptom of poor prioritization
95% of things don’t actually matter, you need to focus on the “Vital Few” to move your coaching business forward
Every business needs a north star metric to make decisions off of – you need to identify what yours is
“I just wish I had more time.”
How often have you caught yourself saying this?
You think that if you could just have a few more hours in the day, then your business and your life would be exactly where you want it to be.
The truth is, more hours is simply not the answer.
If I had the power to snap my fingers right now and give double the hours in the day, there is a good chance you would still be wishing for more time.
I use to be in the exact same spot!
I would sit down every Sunday and plan out my week – with a full to-do list of things to do.
But when I looked at the list at the end of the week, it had somehow grown not shrank.
I didn’t lack the work ethic.
But I felt like every week I was constantly overwhelmed and falling behind.
If I had the tool I want to show you in this week’s video, I could have easily tripled my output by actually working less.
Instead of trying to out hustle the week, you can instead focus on moving the needle on the things that matter.
And this all has to do with your Impact vs. Your Effort
