How often have you caught yourself saying this?

The truth is, more hours is simply not the answer.

I use to be in the exact same spot!

I would sit down every Sunday and plan out my week – with a full to-do list of things to do.

But when I looked at the list at the end of the week, it had somehow grown not shrank.

I didn’t lack the work ethic.

But I felt like every week I was constantly overwhelmed and falling behind.
